Delivery

In stock items are dispatched the day following your order being placed. Any items not held in stock will be dispatched within 5 working days of your order. If for any reason Tracy Butler expects there to be a delay beyond these timescales she will contact you immediately to offer either your preference of a full refund or an alternative choice.

UK deliveries normally take up to 3 days (Mon-Fri). If you live in a remote location, please allow extra time for delivery.

Delivery times for overseas orders will vary depending on location.

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for all UK and overseas deliveries.
